Nutrien also announced that its annual meeting of shareholders will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. (Eastern time). This year, to proactively deal with the public health impact of COVID-19, Nutrien will hold the meeting in a virtual only format via live online webcast.
