The issue of its large debts is hindered by the involvement of investors in the privatization of the Odessa port plant, said The President of Ukraine Vladimir Selensky.
“Many investors remember the Odessa port plant. They say that they could go to the Odessa port plant, pay money, save jobs, update technical operations, but everyone says, and what to do with the debts? And that debt is a problem of Ukraine and our government. No one wants to close the debts yet,” he said.
Odessa Port Plant is one of the most powerful chemical enterprises in Ukraine. It can produce more than 1 million. tons of ammonia and 600,000 tons. tons of carbamide per year.
